Specializing in Edomae-style Sushiya, our omakase courses are crafted based on Kaiseki ryori, combined with the concept of Edomae-style Sushiya. Utilizing seasonal seafood sourced from Toyosu Fish Market in Japan, our dishes feature Edomae techniques such as aging, curing, and marinating. This unique culinary approach, inspired by Japanese market trends, results in a visually stunning and palate-pleasing dining experience.
